Sky Harbor – Day At The Beach

What does the sun have to shine on today?

Or is the rain gonna come out and play?

Sieze the day, surf the waves, even when the beach is gray

This place is pretty

But this beach is dirty

Well life is precious, I’ve often agreed

But I thought I only lived because someone died for me

Yeah, someone died for me

It’s why I ride the waves you see

At my day at the beach

Just one day…at the beach

How is the sand today?

I’d build a castle but it’d fall anyways

Dust to dust, sand to sand

In between I need your hand

This world is tainted

But with you I know I’ll make it

Sometimes I’m ready to ride the waves

But other times I just want to lie in the sand

And let the tide come in

Then I’ll never see the beach again…
